Position: Part-Time or Full-Time, flexible schedule, based in Fond Du Lac WI. Responsibilities include providing psycho-social evaluations, diagnosis, individual, group, and family therapy to nursing home residents, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring quality care according to Medicare guidelines. Qualifications: LCSW, master’s degree, 1-2 years’ experience preferred, full state license, excellent communication, tech proficiency.
