Seeking licensed LCSW Social Workers for part-time or full-time geriatric behavioral health roles in long-term care settings, primarily in Fond Du Lac, WI.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree from an accredited university, 1-2 years’ experience, full state licensure, strong communication skills, and proficiency with technology.

Responsibilities involve providing direct psycho-social services, including evaluations, diagnosis, individual, group, and family therapies to nursing home residents, typically seeing 10-15 patients daily. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and adherence to Medicare guidelines are essential.
