Job Description

We are hiring a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide behavioral health services in a community-based outpatient setting for adults and children.

  • Must hold an active LCSW license and have at least two years of post-graduate clinical experience in individual, family, couples, and group therapy.

  • Responsibilities include delivering compassionate psychotherapy, completing clinical documentation, maintaining compliance with regulations, facilitating community referrals, and participating in case consultations.

  • Qualifications include a graduate degree in social work with a B+ GPA or higher, effective communication skills, and knowledge of HIPAA and mental health regulations.

  • Benefits include 401(k), health, dental, vision insurance, and paid time off. Hours are 40 per week, with an hourly pay starting at $35.
