Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health disorders.

Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing person-centered habilitation plans, delivering therapy, crisis intervention, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

They engage with clients’ families and caregivers, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and support staff training.

Qualifications require a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW licensure, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of relevant regulations. Skills include crisis management, documentation, teamwork, and proficiency with EMR systems.
