Job Description

This full-time, exempt Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health disorders.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing person-centered habilitation plans, delivering therapy, providing crisis intervention, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure integrated care.

They will support families and caregivers, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and offer staff training. The role requires active on-call availability and follow-up care coordination.

Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, current LCSW licensure, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and knowledge of applicable regulations. Skills in crisis management, documentation, and teamwork are essential.

Physical demands involve movement and lifting up to 50lbs. The position offers a salary of $90,000-$110,000, with benefits such as health insurance, retirement, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. Candidates must be able to work in Enid, OK, and be willing to relocate.
