Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Description

This full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health disorders.

They assess, diagnose, and develop individualized, person-centered habilitation plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities include conducting social evaluations, delivering individual and group therapy, providing crisis intervention, and supporting families and caregivers. They maintain accurate documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in staff training.

The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW licensure, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in EMR systems. Physical ability for mobility and lifting up to 50lbs is necessary.
