Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Description

We are seeking licensed LCSW Social Workers with 1-2 years’ experience, specializing or interested in geriatric behavioral health, for part-time or full-time roles in Fond Du Lac, WI.

Responsibilities include providing direct psycho-social services, evaluations, diagnosis, and therapy (individual, group, family) to nursing home residents, seeing 10-15 patients daily with flexibility for scheduling.

Qualifications: Masters degree, full state license, excellent communication skills, proficiency with technology, and knowledge of Medicare guidelines.
