Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Description

Seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide behavioral health services in a community-based outpatient setting for adults and children.

• Qualifications include a valid LCSW license, graduate degree in social work with a minimum B+ GPA, and at least two years of post-graduate clinical experience.
• Responsibilities involve delivering compassionate psychotherapy, completing documentation, maintaining compliance with regulations, and participating in team case consultations.
• Must communicate effectively in English, stay current with continuing education, and adhere to HIPAA standards.
• Additional duties include coordinating referrals, supporting administrative processes, and addressing patient concerns.

Offers a pay rate starting at $35/hour, full-time hours, and benefits such as 401(k), health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off. Work is conducted in person.
