Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time role in Chico, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct clinical services, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and psychotherapy for individuals and groups.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.
• Valid LCSW license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with substance addiction is highly preferred.
