Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time LCSW Geriatric Psych Social Worker to provide psycho-social services in long-term care facilities, primarily in Manitowoc, WI.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree from an accredited university, full state licensure, and 1-2 years of experience, preferably in healthcare or nursing home settings.

Responsibilities involve conducting evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment (individual, group, and family therapy) for elderly residents, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring documentation aligns with Medicare guidelines.
