Seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience or interest in geriatric behavioral health for a growing long-term care provider.
Position available in Fond Du Lac, WI, with options for part-time or full-time hours, flexible scheduling, and a daytime schedule. Responsibilities include providing direct psycho-social services, evaluations, diagnoses, individual, group, and family therapies for nursing home residents, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care. Qualifications: LCSW, Masters degree from an accredited university, 1-2 years’ experience, full state license, strong communication skills, and proficiency with technology.
