We are hiring a part-time LCSW for geriatric psych services in a long-term care setting.
Provide direct psycho-social assessments, diagnosis, and treatment, including individual, group, and family therapy for nursing home residents. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and continuity. Manage 10-15 patients daily with flexible scheduling to promote work-life balance. Utilize electronic medical records and adhere to Medicare guidelines and documentation standards. Qualifications include a Master’s degree, full state license, and 1-2 years of experience, preferably in healthcare/nursing homes.
