Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time LCSW with geriatric behavioral health experience to provide psychosocial services in long-term care facilities in Downers Grove, IL.

  • Offer direct clinical care including evaluations, diagnosis, individual, group, and family therapy for nursing home residents.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and continuity.
  • Maintain documentation per Medicare guidelines, with a flexible schedule (10-15 patients/day).

    • Qualifications include an active LCSW license, 1-2 years of experience, strong communication skills, proficiency with technology, and preferably experience in healthcare/nursing homes.
