We are seeking a part-time LCSW with geriatric behavioral health interest for a role in long-term care facilities in Downers Grove, IL.

Responsibilities include providing psycho-social assessments, individual, group, and family therapy to nursing home residents, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring quality care in compliance with Medicare guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in social work from an accredited university
• Licensed LCSW with 1-2 years of experience, preferably in healthcare or nursing homes
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with technology
