Job Description
This full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral disorders.
They conduct assessments, develop individualized, person-centered habilitation plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy, including individual and group sessions.
The role involves collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, supporting families, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing crisis intervention.
Responsibilities include maintaining accurate documentation, providing staff training, and participating in on-call duties.
- Requires a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work, active LCSW license, and at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with EMR systems, strong organizational, crisis management, and communication skills are essential.
- Must be able to handle physical demands, including lifting up to 50 lbs. and mobility requirements.
The position offers a salary range of $90,000 – $110,000, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement, based in Enid, OK, with relocation required.
