Job Description

This full-time, exempt Licensed Clinical Social Worker provides mental health services to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities and behavioral/mental health disorders.

  • Conducts assessments and creates individualized, person-centered habilitation plans ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Delivers evidence-based therapy, including individual and group sessions, and provides crisis intervention when needed.
  • Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, including QIDPs, BCBAs, and families, to integrate mental health care into overall treatment plans.
  • Maintains accurate documentation, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports staff training.
  • Engages with clients’ families and guardians to communicate progress and provide education.
  • Remains on-call for emergencies and follow-up care.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s or Doctorate in Social Work with an active LCSW license, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and ability to work in Enid, OK. Compensation ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and tuition reimbursement. Physical demands include lifting up to 50lbs and mobility requirements. Shift availability includes day and night shifts.
