Job Description

The Behavioral Health Clinician is a full-time, remote position requiring a valid Master’s license (LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LPCC) in NM.

They provide assessments, individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and support services for clients with mental health, behavioral health, substance use, and opioid use disorders, following evidence-based models like CBT, EMDR, DBT, and MI.

Key responsibilities include creating treatment plans, documenting in electronic health records, collaborating with legal and community resources, and following agency protocols such as the CR2 program and Full Circle model.

Qualifications include at least 3 years of experience (new graduates considered), current NM licensure, and experience with mandated populations and SUD/OUD treatment.
