Job Description
The Behavioral Health Clinician provides remote, full-time clinical services, including assessments, individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and screenings, following evidence-based models such as CBT, EMDR, DBT, and MI.
Candidates must hold a valid master’s-level license (LMSW, LCSW, LISW, LMHC, LPCC) in NM and have at least 3 years of experience or be a recent graduate with provisional licensure.
Responsibilities include developing treatment plans, documenting in electronic health records, collaborating with community resources, and supporting clients with mental health, substance use, and opioid use disorder.
The role requires excellent digital literacy, effective communication, adherence to agency policies, and participation in trainings and supervision.
