This full-time position involves providing behavioral health services at a multi-site medical practice in Thomasville, GA, with hybrid remote options.
Conducts behavioral health diagnostic assessments and offers individual psychotherapy to qualifying patients. Builds positive relationships with patients, families, guardians, and community agency staff. Advocates for patients with serious mental health or substance abuse issues, referring them to community resources. Collaborates with medical providers to deliver holistic patient care. Provides crisis intervention on-site and maintains ongoing communication with social service agencies and the public.
