We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a part-time or full-time role specializing in geriatric psychiatrics within long-term care facilities, primarily in Union Grove, WI.

The position involves providing direct psycho-social services, including evaluations, diagnosis, and individual, group, and family therapy to nursing home residents. The role supports collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care and adherence to Medicare guidelines. Flexible scheduling, modern electronic charting, and clinical support are offered, with a focus on work-life balance, seeing 10-15 patients daily.

Qualifications include a Master’s degree, LCSW licensure, 1-2 years of experience, and proficiency with technology. Experience with healthcare settings and Medicare documentation is a plus.
