Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our integrated healthcare team in a primary care setting.

Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and care coordination

Collaborate with primary care providers within an integrated care model

Participate in school-based and community outreach programs

Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR

Qualifications: MSW required, Missouri LCSW license (or eligibility), preferred experience in clinical or medical settings, strong communication and teamwork skills.

Schedule & Benefits: Full-time, Monday–Friday outpatient role with competitive salary ($70,000–$85,000), PTO, holidays, CEU support, and retirement options.
