Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Full Time

Job Description

We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our integrated healthcare team in a rural outpatient setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct behavioral health assessments, provide counseling, and coordinate care
• Collaborate with primary care providers within an integrated care model
• Participate in school and community outreach programs
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)

Qualifications:

• MSW required
• Missouri LCSW license or eligibility
• Experience in clinical or medical settings preferred
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Schedule & Benefits:
