Job Description
This part-time LCSW role involves conducting initial mental health evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing individual, couples, and group therapy for diverse clients, including youth and adults.
It includes assessing clients with standardized tools, offering solutions-focused therapy, crisis triage, psychoeducation, and referral services.
Responsibilities also encompass documentation in electronic health records, supervising clinical staff, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated care.
Qualifications require a Master’s Degree, valid LCSW license, at least two years of clinical experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in case management and EHR systems. Experience with behavior analysis and faith-based counseling is a plus.
