Job Description

We are seeking a full-time *LCSW or LCPC* to join our outpatient behavioral health team at our Bethalto, IL Health Center.

  • Provide clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals and families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless, patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to legal standards.
  • Supervise and mentor healthcare professionals and students.
  • Participate in team meetings and care planning.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling, valid Illinois license, 2+ years of clinical experience, and knowledge of the PCMH model. Bilingual skills are a plus.
