Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate full-time LCSW or LCPC to join our outpatient behavioral health team at our Bethalto, IL Health Center.


  • Provide assessments, diagnosis, and therapy for individuals and families.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuous, patient-centered care.
  • Mentor and supervise healthcare professionals and students.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to legal standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and care planning within the Patient-Centered Medical Home model.

    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling, valid Illinois license, 2+ years of experience, and knowledge of evidence-based practices. Bilingual skills are a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. Reliable transportation is required.
