Job Description

We are seeking a full-time LCSW or LCPC to join our outpatient behavioral health team at our Bethalto, IL Health Center.

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for individuals and families
  • Collaborate with primary care and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to legal standards
  • Supervise and mentor healthcare professionals and students
  • Participate in team meetings and care planning

    • Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling, valid Illinois license, 2+ years of clinical experience, and knowledge of the PCMH model. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred. Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential. Must have reliable transportation.
