Job Description

We are seeking a full-time LCSW or LCPC to join our outpatient behavioral health team at our Bethalto, IL Health Center.

  • Provide assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals and families, collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Supervise and mentor residents or students, participate in team meetings, and support patient-centered care within the PCMH model.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling, valid Illinois license, 2+ years of clinical experience, and knowledge of evidence-based practices. Bilingual skills are a plus.

    • Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, parental leave, tuition reimbursement, and more. The salary range is $68,000–$92,000 annually. This is a full-time, in-person position committed to improving community health through compassionate, team-based care.
