Job Description

We are seeking a full-time LCSW or LCPC to join our outpatient behavioral health team at our Bethalto, IL location.

  • Provide assessments, diagnosis, and therapy for individuals and families, collaborating with healthcare teams for coordinated, patient-centered care.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, supervise and mentor healthcare professionals, and participate in team case discussions.
  • Qualifications include a Master’s in Social Work or Counseling, valid Illinois LCSW or LCPC license, and 2+ years of outpatient therapy experience.
  • Strong knowledge of mental health treatments, teamwork skills, and adherence to legal and ethical standards are essential.
