Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – PART-TIME

Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides evidence-based psychotherapy, including individual, family, and group counseling, as part of an integrated primary care team.

Conducts assessments, diagnoses, develops treatment and self-management plans.

Offers crisis intervention, behavioral health education, and collaborates with medical providers and community partners.

Maintains documentation in the EHR, participates in team meetings, training, and quality improvement efforts.

Works in an office setting with some regional travel, ensuring culturally competent care and confidentiality.

Qualifications: Masters-level social worker or related field, preferred 2+ years experience, with licensing preferred.

Details: Part-time, $28-$38/hr, with benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and professional development. Shift preferred is day shift, with in-person work.
