The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides evidence-based psychotherapy—including individual, group, and family counseling—to a diverse patient population within an integrated primary care team.

They conduct assessments, develop diagnosis and treatment plans, and support patients in managing behavioral and emotional health conditions, with a goal of improving overall well-being.

The role involves collaboration with clinic staff, external partners, and participation in clinical supervision, quality improvement, and staff training.
