Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing the clinical operations of the Behavioral Health Counseling Services and collaborating with RHC providers to deliver essential services to the community.
Requires a Degree in Clinical Social Work and a current LCSW license in Texas.Experience in assessments, discharge planning, chart development, and trauma-informed care is preferred.Must understand regulations, clinical group therapy, documentation, and possess strong communication, decision-making, and critical thinking skills.Responsibilities include providing individual therapy, developing treatment plans, ensuring compliance, documenting progress, and collaborating with families and agencies.Participates in departmental meetings and quality improvement efforts.The role offers full-time employment with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, professional development, and flexible scheduling.
