Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services department, including patient assessments, treatment planning, and documentation.
Requires a Degree in Clinical Social Work and a current LCSW license in Texas. Preferred experience in clinical assessments, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and Trauma-Informed Care. Must understand state and federal regulations, clinical group therapy, and possess strong communication, decision-making, and documentation skills. Responsibilities include providing individual therapy, developing treatment plans, coordinating referrals, and ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards. Participates in team meetings, monitors patient outcomes, and communicates with families and agencies.
