Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services department.
They will collaborate with RHC providers to deliver essential services to the patient population.
The role requires a valid Texas LCSW license and a degree in Clinical Social Work, with preferred experience in clinical assessments, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.
Qualified candidates must have a strong understanding of regulations, clinical group therapy, documentation, and excellent communication skills.
Key responsibilities include providing individual therapy, developing treatment plans, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and maintaining accurate documentation.
The position involves participating in departmental meetings, coordinating outcome measurements, and supporting patient care from assessment through recovery.
