Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services department and collaborating with RHC providers to deliver essential services to the population.
Requires a Degree in Clinical Social Work and a current LCSW license in Texas.
Preferred experience includes clinical assessment, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and Trauma Informed Care.
Must understand federal and state regulations, clinical group therapy, and possess excellent documentation, communication, and decision-making skills.
Responsibilities include providing individual therapy, developing treatment plans, ensuring compliance, documenting progress, and engaging in departmental meetings.
Must operate within ethical standards, respect patient dignity, and communicate effectively with families and agencies.
