Job Description
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services, collaborating with RHC providers to deliver essential services to the community.
Requires a degree in Clinical Social Work and an active LCSW license in Texas.
Preferred experience includes clinical assessments, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.
Must understand state and federal regulations, clinical group therapy, and maintain excellent documentation and communication skills.
Performs individual therapy, develops and monitors treatment plans, and ensures compliance with ethical standards.
Engages with families and agencies, provides resources, and participates in departmental meetings.
