Job Description

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for managing daily clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services department and collaborating with RHC providers to deliver essential services.

• Requires a Degree in Clinical Social Work and current LCSW license in Texas.
• Preferred experience includes clinical assessments, discharge planning, trauma-informed care, and crisis intervention.
• Must understand state and federal regulations, clinical documentation, and group therapy processes.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational skills are essential.
• Responsibilities include providing individual therapy, developing treatment plans, ensuring compliance, documenting progress, and communicating with families and agencies.
• Participates in departmental meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
