Job Description
Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) responsible for managing clinical operations within the Behavioral Health Counseling Services.
Provide individual therapy and assess patients’ treatment needs in compliance with state and federal regulations. Develop and monitor treatment plans, ensure accurate documentation, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and agencies. Participate in patient referrals, clinical outcome measurement, and department meetings to support continuous improvement. Qualifications include a clinical social work degree, current Texas LCSW license, and preferred experience in assessments, discharge planning, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care. Must demonstrate strong clinical, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in documentation and computer use.
