Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Professional Counselor

Job Description

Full-time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) responsible for managing clinical operations within Behavioral Health Counseling Services.

Provide individual therapy and conduct assessments within scope of license.

Develop and evaluate treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Collaborate with healthcare providers and community agencies, and participate in provider initiatives.

Accurately document clinical notes and communicate patient progress to leadership.

Participate in departmental meetings and quality improvement efforts.

Qualifications: Degree in Clinical Social Work, current Texas LCSW license, experience in assessment, discharge planning, and trauma-informed care preferred. Must understand regulations, clinical dynamics, and demonstrate strong communication, decision-making, and documentation skills.
