Job Description

We are hiring a part-time LICSW Geriatric Psych Social Worker for a growing organization supporting long-term care facilities in the Midwest.

Locations: Minneapolis, MN (relocation required before start).

Responsibilities include providing direct psychosocial services, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment to nursing home residents through individual, group, and family therapies.

Work 10-15 patients daily with flexible scheduling, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and documentation per Medicare standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree and LICSW license with 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in healthcare or nursing home settings.
  • Strong communication skills, tech proficiency, and interest in geriatric mental health.
