Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our integrated primary care and behavioral health team.

Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Utilize applied behavior analysis and therapeutic interventions to support clients.

Maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate care, including community referrals.

Work effectively with diverse populations demonstrating cultural competence.

Requirements: Master’s in Social Work, current licensure, knowledge of behavioral health principles, experience in counseling, and excellent communication skills.

Details: Full-time/part-time, in-person role in Wahiawa, HI, with benefits including health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development. Relocation to Wahiawa required. Salary starts at $88,000/year.
