Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our integrated primary care and behavioral health team.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Utilize applied behavior analysis techniques to support client goals.
  • Maintain confidential records in compliance with HIPAA.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Participate in case management, care coordination, and community resource referrals.

    • Requirements include a master’s degree in social work, current state licensure, knowledge of behavioral health principles, and effective communication skills. Experience in individual and group counseling, cultural competence, and familiarity with psychopharmacology are preferred.

    This role offers full-time or part-time positions with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development. Must be willing to relocate to Wahiawa, HI, and work in person. Salary starts from $88,000 annually.
