Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Medical Social Worker (MSW) to join our integrated primary care and behavioral health team.

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Utilize applied behavior analysis and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

  • Maintain confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and coordinate care and referrals.

    • Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work, current state licensure, experience in counseling, and cultural competence. Strong communication skills and adherence to ethical standards are essential.

    This full-time or part-time role offers a starting salary from $88,000/year with benefits such as health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, and professional development. The position requires relocation to Wahiawa, HI, and involves in-person work.
