Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Licensed Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical documentation, supervise Clinical Care Case Managers, and ensure compliance with treatment models and timelines.

Responsibilities include

  • reviewing and approving treatment plans and service notes,
  • training staff on assessments, documentation, and clinical techniques,
  • coordinating community linkages, and conducting risk management reviews,
  • providing supervision, crisis intervention, and facilitating trainings for youth and families,
  • ensuring adherence to policies and licensing standards, and
  • maintaining effective communication with providers and stakeholders.

    Qualifications include a Master’s degree, LICSW licensure, and ability to work a flexible schedule in person in Andover, MA. Benefits include health, dental, vision insurance, 403(b), paid time off, and more. The role offers $80,000 annually.
