Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead our mental health team, overseeing clinical practices, ensuring compliance, and fostering professional growth.

  • Provide supervision and mentorship to clinicians, supporting ethical standards and development.
  • Conduct case reviews, offer feedback, and facilitate training on trauma-informed care, psychopharmacology, and motivational interviewing.
  • Ensure documentation compliance with organizational and licensing standards.
  • Collaborate on treatment planning, monitor outcomes, and implement quality improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment and cooccurring disorder regulations.
  • Promote a positive, collaborative work environment.

    • Requirements include licensure as LMSW, LMHP, or equivalent, with at least three years of clinical experience, supervisory skills, and expertise in therapeutic modalities such as CBT and trauma-informed care. Knowledge of MAT regulations and psychopharmacology is preferred.

    This full-time role offers a salary of $60,000-$70,000 annually, with benefits including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off. The position is in-person.
