Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Supervisor to lead our mental health team, oversee clinical practices, and ensure compliance with licensing standards.
Provide supervision and mentorship to clinicians, supporting their professional growth and adherence to ethical standards. Conduct case reviews, offer feedback, and facilitate ongoing training on topics like trauma-informed care and motivational interviewing. Ensure clinical documentation meets organizational, licensing, and accreditation standards. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans and monitor clinical outcomes. Maintain knowledge of Medication Assisted Treatment, co-occurring disorders, and emerging therapeutic approaches. Promote a positive, inclusive work environment encouraging collaboration and continuous learning. Requirements include licensure as an LCSW or equivalent, at least three years of clinical experience, and expertise in various therapeutic modalities. Strong leadership skills and knowledge of MAT regulations are essential.
This full-time role offers a salary of $60,000-$70,000 annually, along with benefits such as health insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and more. The position involves in-person work.
