Job Description
This full-time or part-time counselor position at a Federally Qualified Health Center in Jasper, GA involves providing clinical services within a multidisciplinary team.
Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans collaboratively with medical staff. Offer crisis intervention and therapeutic services, including child and adolescent therapies. Maintain licensure, stay updated on current practices, and adhere to regulatory policies. Collaborate with community agencies, schools, and court personnel to ensure continuity of care.
