Job Description

We are seeking a *_Licensed Clinical Therapist_* to join our Therapy Team at a Youth Crisis Center.

Our therapists develop and implement individualized treatment plans, focusing on trauma-informed care, to help adolescent students build coping skills, confidence, and resilience. They provide individual, family, and group therapy, participate in treatment team meetings, and complete necessary documentation. The role involves direct and indirect services, discharge planning, and collaboration with educational staff.

Requirements include a current license (e.g., Ph.D., Psy.D., LCSW, MFT, CMHC), relevant experience in mental health and family treatment, and fluency in English/Spanish preferred.
