Job Description
We are seeking a *_Licensed Clinical Therapist_* to join our Therapy Team at a youth crisis center.
Provide trauma-informed individual, family, and group therapy to adolescents aged 12-17, helping them develop coping skills, confidence, and resilience. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, and ensure timely documentation and progress reports. Maintain licensure, attend continuing education, and uphold program rules and structure. Some evening or weekend calls may be required. Requirements include a current license (e.g., LCSW, MFT, CSW, CMHC), background clearance, and experience in mental health and family treatment. Bilingual skills in English/Spanish are preferred.
