Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) for per diem, part-time work providing clinical services to clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health conditions.

  • Requires active California license and minimum 2 years post-licensure experience; trauma-informed care and dual-diagnosis skills preferred.
  • Responsibilities include conducting individual therapy, participating in interdisciplinary teams, facilitating psychoeducational groups, completing assessments, and supporting associate clinicians.
  • Must have strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and a commitment to ethical practice.


    • Compensation ranges from $37-$44/hr, with 32 hours weekly, benefits include 401(k), matching, and life insurance. In-person work based in Hemet, CA, with potential relocation. Prioritize candidates in Hemet or willing to relocate.
