Job Description

Seeking a compassionate Licensed Clinical Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) for a per diem, part-time role providing clinical services to clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.

  • Qualifications include an active California license, minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience, and a minimum of 2 years of continuous sobriety if in recovery.

  • Responsibilities involve conducting individual therapy, participating in interdisciplinary teams, facilitating psychoeducational/groups, completing assessments, and supporting associate clinicians.

  • Key skills include strong clinical judgment, trauma-informed care experience, excellent communication, and ethical practice.

  • Position offers $37-$44/hour, approx. 32 hours/week, with benefits such as 401(k), matching, and life insurance.
